Note: You can contact either of these utility companies, give them the actual address for the particular unit, and they can furnish you with an "average" cost for that particular unit based upon the last 12 months of billings. It should be noted that "averages" vary depending on the number of people in the unit, whether the individual(s) prefer the unit to be warmer or colder than normal, etc.
